This project, developed by Fudomo Espacios Inteligentes, won the first prize in the "building automation" category in the I Energy Efficiency Installation Awards 2014, jointly organized by FENIE (National Federation of Electrical and Telecommunications Installers of Spain), KNX Spain, and MATELEC.

Office building strategically located in Príncipe de Vergara, in one of the most important business and financial districts of Madrid.
Description
This office building, with 12 floors and a total area of nearly 9000m2, has a unique and distinctive design that highlights the main facade, made of glass over an aluminum structure.
The building holds the headquarters of Group Saint Gobain for Spain, Portugal and Morocco, and the offices of COFIDES, Compañía Española de Financiación del Desarrollo (Spanish Company for Development Funding), among others.
The project features Iddero HC2-KNX 7" touch screens for functions such as centralized control of lighting in common areas, monitoring and control of the elevators, and opening and closing of the parking access doors.
